At DataBlitz, we stand by the quality of our tech and hardware; if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible electronics within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your DataBlitz account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
